When we begin to operate this system that I call "me" in a way that supports our own life, we find the tweaks and adjustments that bring us into an inner frame of harmony and compassion. Bringing in a small adjustment that guides us to seek more delight in our life is one of the mechanisms that will bring enormous benefit to our Life Journey.
